In the event, however, that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 60 days of your first purchase, CatSpot Litter will provide a full refund minus a flat rate of $5.00 per bag for processing and handling. Simply contact us via customer service and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided more than 60 days following your first purchase. Refunds are only offered on the very first purchase (whether it's one-time or subscription). Refund limit is 2 bags per household. This policy applies to new purchases on or after July, 7, 2017.
If you would still like to return any unopened bags and you are outside the 60 day return policy, you can pay for your postage and return the product and we will issue a refund in full once the product is received and considered in good condition.
Litter boxes are nonrefundable with no exceptions.
